AI Lead Qualifier for Salesforce: Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when your organisation ("you") installs or uses AI Lead Qualifier for Salesforce ("the app"), a Salesforce package published by NextMark, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("NextMark", "we"). By installing the app, you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
1. Licence
We give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app in your Salesforce orgs for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
2. Price
The app is currently free. If we later offer paid features, they will be optional and clearly marked, and nothing you use for free today will be charged for without your agreement.
3. Your accounts and other services
The app connects to services you choose (Salesforce, Meta, Google Ads, your AI provider, spam-protection providers) using your own accounts and keys. You are responsible for:
- having those accounts, and following their terms and policies;
- any fees they charge, including AI usage on your own API key;
- the leads and data you collect, including your website's privacy notices and any consent the law requires.
How the app handles data is described in its Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, to send spam, to collect data without a lawful basis, or in a way that breaks the terms of Salesforce, Meta, Google or your AI provider.
5. AI results
Lead scores, tiers and reasons are produced by the AI you choose, based on the instructions you write. They can be wrong. Use them to prioritise your work, not as the only basis for decisions that significantly affect people.
6. Support and updates
We offer support by email on a best-effort basis, and we may release updates. Updates install as upgrades and keep your data and settings. If we ever stop maintaining the app, we will say so in advance in the release notes. Optional paid setup services, if you choose them, are agreed separately.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NextMark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business, and NextMark's total liability related to the app is limited to USD 100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 continue after that.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
